Orders
Orders are placed and confirmed directly with our team on WhatsApp or by email. An order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged availability, size and payment arrangements.
Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in South African Rand and include applicable taxes. Items are produced in limited runs; where a product is marked “to be released”, it is not yet available for purchase.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide within South Africa by courier. Delivery timelines are confirmed per order. Local collection in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth can be arranged in advance.
Returns and exchanges
Faulty or incorrectly supplied items may be exchanged. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order reference and photographs so we can resolve it.
Intellectual property
The Sqedi Mandatory name, logo, designs and imagery remain the property of the brand and may not be reproduced without written permission.
